Operation Warm Wish List Application
Operation Warm will accept Wish List applications on a rolling basis beginning April 2025. Coat and shoe donations to eligible organizations will be fulfilled throughout the year based on available funding. Submitting an application for Operation Warm coats or shoes, does not guarantee that you will receive your request or that you will receive the specific quantity that you are requesting. If you have funding to purchase the product and sizes you want to apply for, please sign up to be a community partner to gift coats and shoes to your organization.
We are unable to provide coats and shoes to individuals, but organizations that provide services primarily to children pre-k through 5th grade in the US and Canada are encouraged to apply. We no longer ship the residential addresses. Please provide your commercial address or Operation Warm reserves the right to not ship. Please select all products you are applying for. Please only fill out one application between April 2025 – March 2026. Your first application will remain on file for the entire season, other applications will not be considered. Should your organization be selected to receive funding, we’ll reach out to you directly.
**By completing the application below:
- You agree to our Privacy Policy and allow Operation Warm to provide your request publicly through our website, grant applications, social media, email and other communication channels we deem appropriate.
- You agree that if you are selected to receive coats/shoes, you will complete our beneficiary agreement and understand that if you do not fulfill the requirements listed in the agreement, you may not be eligible to receive coats/shoes in the future.
- You understand that you will be required to provide a valid tax ID (EIN) number for your 501c3 or school.
- You understand that receiving coats/shoes is not guaranteed. You agree that the below information about yourself, organization, and those served is true. You grant Operation Warm permission to use the information provided below as Operation Warm deems appropriate.
- You understand that Operation Warm is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to relieving human suffering through the donation of new clothing essentials. Donations made through this platform are considered charitable contributions in support of our mission. All items are required to be donated to under-resourced individuals and may not be resold.
