Operation Warm Wish List Application

Operation Warm will accept Wish List applications on a rolling basis beginning May 2024. Coat and shoe donations to eligible organizations will be fulfilled throughout the year based on available funding. Submitting an application for Operation Warm coats or shoes, does not guarantee that you will receive your request or that you will receive the specific quantity that you are requesting. If you have funding to purchase the product and sizes you want to apply for, please sign up to be a community partner to gift coats and shoes to your organization.

We are unable to provide coats and shoes to individuals, but organizations that provide services primarily to children pre-k through 5th grade in the US and Canada are encouraged to apply. We no longer ship the residential addresses. Please provide your commercial address or Operation Warm reserves the right to not ship. Please select all products you are applying for. Please only fill out one application between May 2024 – March 2025. Your first application will remain on file for the entire season, other applications will not be considered. Should your organization be selected to receive funding, we’ll reach out to you directly.
