Case Study
In Delaware 2,000 coats were gifted through Delaware Health and Social Services. Coats were distributed at COVID-19 vaccination clinics administered by two clinics, Westside Health and Nemours. As a result of the program, vaccinations and vaccination information were provided with every coat and there was an 87% increase in attendance at 5 vaccination clinic locations.

Connections to Food and Learning Support
Case Study
In Utah 500 coats and shoes were distributed as part of a community event offering 250 vaccinations, car seats, bike helmets and more. Take home food and backpacks full of school supplies and hygiene kits were distributed.

Access to Critical Family Resources
Case Study
With support from the PA Department of Health and Human Services, the Center for Community Resources helped to distribute 5,000 coats to county HHS offices. Families and children who were seeking assistance at the office received a bit of warmth while providing county staff the opportunity to experience joy!

Building Statewide Connections
Case Study
The Ohio Governor’s Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives partnered with Operation Warm for the eighth year to provide for families in need across the state. 8,664 coats and 5,484 pairs of shoes were shipped to 109 organizations across the state including Faith-Based organizations, schools, Head Start programs, and more community organizations.
