Partnering to Provide Comfort, Hope, and Confidence to Children in Urgent Need
Millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness and other urgent need situations have to face the harsh reality of going without a coat, shoes, or even socks.
This season, as part of their Subaru Loves to Help® initiative, Subaru and their retailers are partnering with Operation Warm to visit local homeless shelters and support agencies to provide more than 130,000 children with brand-new necessities like coats, shoes, and socks.
Kids grow out of clothing about every six months, so for those in urgent need situations a coat and shoes that fit cannot be taken for granted. As part of our commitment to being 'More Than A Car Company', we are working to make sure that these children feel strong, confident, and prepared for the day."
