For the past two years, Subaru of America has partnered with Operation Warm to engage their retailers across the country in giving initiatives that blend community outreach, employee engagement, and experiential events. Our team has collaborated to create branded shipping boxes and national promotions to retailers as well as Subaru customers. Together, we’ve served 290,000 children across 49 states in partnership with the over 600 retailers and Subaru of America nationally.
Since 2008, FedEx has partnered with Operation Warm to deliver warmth and essential resources to children across North America and parts of South America. This long-standing partnership spans an array of employee engagement events, in-kind shipping support, creative cause marketing—including standout moments like our co-branded NASCAR car wrap, and more. With their support we’ve provided coats, shoes, and now sports bras through our FLY:FWD program to serve over 1.7 million children – amplifying our mission through innovation, generosity, and shared purpose.
For over six years, Nordstrom has partnered with Operation Warm on campaigns that blend cause marketing, employee engagement, and experiential giving. From point-of-sale donations, to national promotions with donation match initiatives and more – this integrated partnership has enabled us to serve over 98,000 children. Nordstrom has also activated their workforce, contributing 3,400+ volunteer hours across 17 employee gifting events over the years.
In their first year partnering with Operation Warm, Downy and Dollar General Literacy Foundation have already made a powerful impact—reaching over 4,000 children through their inaugural events. Downy employee volunteers said “The OW giving events were a special, life-changing experience. The joy on the kids’ faces was incredible as they shopped for items just for them. These events were the best employee engagement events we have ever had, and we all agree that we will do many more.””. This partnership elevated brand visibility and community connection – with custom-branded experiences, thoughtful extras like books for the children, and digital amplification through two engaged influencers to provide a blend of tangible and digital engagement that makes an impact.
Now in their fourth year of partnership with Operation Warm, Diversified Energy has helped bring warmth and confidence to over 12,000 children. Through their continued commitment and participation in giving events, they’ve played a meaningful role in supporting families and strengthening communities. This growing partnership reflects a shared dedication to making a tangible difference year after year.
Dick’s Sporting Goods partnered through our FLY:FWD program to provide sports bras and empower 1,500 girls with access to essential athletic wear to support their participation in sports and promote confidence. Their grant funding enabled us to serve several states, making a meaningful impact in multiple communities. This partnership not only advanced our mission of female empowerment through sport, but also demonstrated how targeted support can drive broad, multi-market impact for corporate partners.
