A sports bra might seem small, but to a girl, it can mean everything. It’s the gift of confidence, comfort, and the freedom to move. Through our FLY:FWD program, we provide free sports bras for girls, through the generous supports of our partners and donors. This essentials helps remove barriers to participation and shows girls they belong in sports and every space where strength and self-belief grow.
Why Sports Bras?
By age 14, girls are dropping out of sports at two times the rate of boys. One big reason? Lack of access to basic equipment. For many, a sports bra is a barrier. But by providing brand-new sports bras, girls gain more than support—they gain confidence, health, and are more likely to stay active leading to a better shot at success in school, sports, and life.
