Programming That Connects Families with Valuable Resources
Engaging Volunteer Efforts to Reach Distressed Communities
Through partnership with the First Lady of Tennessee, Operation Warm has helped nearly 9,000 children in distressed counties since 2022. This partnership is not just an example in providing valuable resources to children in need across the state, but also fosters community connections by involving volunteers in the distribution process.
Aligning Missions to Make Valuable Impact
The Maryland Department of Human Services has successfully aligned their mission of pursuing opportunities to assist individuals in economic need, providing prevention services, and protecting vulnerable children and adults, with tangible outcomes. Since 2023, they have partnered with Operation Warm to provide resources to support over 40,000 children.
Ensuring Access to Critical Family Resources
Building Statewide Connections
The Ohio Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives has partnered with Operation Warm for 10 years to support families statewide. Over 200,000 children have received new coats and shoes through this program, impacting schools, Head Start programs, faith-based organizations, and other community groups.
